Return and Refund Policy

We want every piece to feel as perfect on your baby as it looked on the website. If it’s not quite right, we’ve made returning or exchanging as easy as a Sunday morning.​

Return Window

- 30 days from the delivery date to start a return or exchange  - Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, with original tags attached and in original condition   

 

Eligible for Return or Exchange

- Full-price items  

- Sale items (unless marked Final Sale)  

- Pre-order items once received 

 

Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

- Final Sale or Clearance items  

- Gift cards  

- Anything marked “non-returnable” on the product page 

 

Refund & Fee Details

- Refunds issued to original payment method  

- Original shipping charges are non-refundable  

- A flat $6.95 restocking & return-shipping fee is deducted from every refund  

- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your return 

 

How to Return or Exchange

Send an email to gabbyloubaby@gmail.com with:

- your order number + email  

- the items and reason  

- if you would like to return or exchange

We will get back to you with instructions for the return/exchange ASAP.

If you need a different size or color (subject to availability), we'll hold the new item for you and ship it as soon as your return arrives. Any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly (minus the $6.95 fee). 

Please pack the original product box carefully inside a mailing box or polybag — we can’t process returns without it. â€‹
